She graduated with a degree in Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the Arizona State University and a certified Adult and Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She has been in the healthcare industry for 30 years taking care of patients in various healthcare settings. She also held key roles in leadership, management and business operations.

Cristy Lou is also certified in Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers injection.
